Returns & Exchanges
At Thermaltake, we strive to provide the highest quality PC hardware and cooling solutions, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate an RMA Request
Log in to your Thermaltake account and visit the Support portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Secure Your Components
Carefully pack your electronics in their original anti-static bags and protective foam to prevent physical damage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packaging may be ineligible for a refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Once your RMA is approved, print the provided shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for serial number verification and functionality; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
